Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions for The Kingdom Clarity Session Rescheduling Policy – Clients have a one-time opportunity to reschedule their appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. This must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to allow for availability adjustments. Punctuality & Late Arrival – Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled hour mark to honor other appointments. If a client arrives late, the session will still conclude at the original end time. If no other sessions follow, Queen Dee may choose to extend the session at her discretion for a $15 late arrival fee. Session Preparation – Clients must submit their study topic or desired outcome via email at ProphetessQueenDee@gmail.com upon booking to ensure a focused and impactful session. Appointment Adjustments by Queen Dee – In the event that Queen Dee is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, she reserves the right to reschedule the session at a mutually agreed-upon time. No Refund Policy – All bookings are final and non-refundable once the session has been confirmed. Meeting Location – Queen Dee will meet at a location mutually feasible for both parties.
